Job responsibilities 工作职责 - Overall control and management of Mortgage operations. 全面把控和管理公司澳洲贷款业务的销售运营工作； - Establish and optimize the operational processes and procedures. 建立和优化操作标准化流程和工作程序； - With the goal of improving sales performance，docking operations function with sales team, after-sales services, marketing and other correlating functions. 以提升销售业绩为目标，将运营职能与销售团队、售后服务、市场营销等相关职能对接； - Design and implement KPl and supervise team performance. 设计和实施KPl并监督团队绩效； - Optimize internal team management and improve team efficiency. 优化内部团队管理，提高团队效率； - Assist to expend the business, drive the progress of each project. 协助拓展业务，推动每个项目的进展； - Coordinate the connection between the real estate sales company and other business lines within the group, promote cross-business sales performance. 协调公司房地产业务与集团内其他业务线之间的联系，促进跨业务销售业绩； - Perform timely reporting to the senior management. 及时向高层管理汇报工作。 Requirement 岗位要求 - 3 years’ experience in operation manager role or a similar role; working experience in real estate or overseas would be a plus. 3年以上运营经理或类似职位工作经验，地产行业背景或海外工作背景优先； - Excellent communication skills and strong people management skills. 优秀的沟通能力和人员管理能力； - Excellent organizational and time management skills
