The Director, Sourcing is responsible for lead a sourcing team consisting of Senior Managers, Sourcing Managers and Associate Sourcing Managers within a divisional group. The Director, Sourcing has responsibility for ensuring the development and execution of short-term (seasonal) and long-term sourcing strategies that support the creative direction while ensuring margin objectives and all other high-level business deliverables are met or exceeded. The Director, Sourcing is expected to partner and collaborate with Global Sourcing partners, Brand Merchandise and Product Design, driving the company’s goal such as; sourcing country diversification, sustainability, innovation to meet cost margin and transparent traceability in supply chain.
