Key Responsibilities
? Responsible for the maintenance and growth of existing large and complex accounts to drive long term profitable growth by maintaining or growing share.
? Identify key growth opportunities and advance the relationships with customers to fully develop opportunities for growth, profitability, and strategic positioning.
? Deeply understand key customer’s needs and offer corresponding new solutions to strongly support customer’s business growth, network expansion, or sale channel diversification.
? Achievement of sales budget and payment management cooperation with finance and supply chain.
? Address significant customer concerns or complaints on a daily operational basis.
We are looking for
? Strong negotiation skills, resilience and result driven.
? Ability to decode the customer needs and to design adapted solutions.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiation capabilities.
? Fluent in both spoken and written English.
? Good sense of responsibility and execution.
